Counter Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.
A counter notice should include:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the original claimant or their authorized agent.
